FLOW TESTING
Air flow development is a critical part of
our engine program. The Superflow 600 with Flow Com linked to Performance Trends Port Flow Analyzer,
gives us the ability to overlay test after test. We can also test port velocity and report on exhaust
to inlet flow percentage. |

LINE BORING
The Berco BC5A line borer has the capacity to line bore blocks up to 2600mm long and 850mm high.

CRANK GRINDING Our crank grinder is a late model Schou
hydraulic machine with a Marposs measuring system, which allows us to grind to exact tolerances.

SURFACE GRINDING -
MILLING
The Berco STC 361 utilises CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) and PCD (Poly Crystaline
Diamond) tooling, with consistent hydraulic feed. Surface finishes down to 40-50 ra are easily
achieved, which are required for MLS (Multi Layer Steel) Gaskets. |

VALVE SEATING
The Serdi 1.1 achieves excellent levels of concentricity utilising the triple
workhead flotation system even in guide sizes as small as 0.118"/3mm. Multi angle and
radius set cuts are carried out on this machine. |

DCB 750 digital balancer we can balance down to a 0 gram tolerance.

Once machining processes are finished and components are washed, the engines are
assembled in our dust free air-conditioned assembly room. |
